A Virus on the Timeline!

The look on Doctor Strange's face was priceless. Link could barely contain his delight.

"Look at you, acting like you've never seen anything before. Did you really think Infinite Tsukuyomi... Ahem, Infinite Loop was invincible?"

Doctor Strange clearly hadn't recovered from the shock. He instinctively tried to attack again, but to Link, his spellcasting was as slow as someone doing Tai Chi.

The red Stone set over his index-finger joint glowed enticingly.

The Reality Stone.

"You said the laws of physics mean nothing here."

"Then let me add a little 'reality' to the mix."

A playful smile tugged at Link's lips.

He didn't do anything earth-shattering. He simply raised his hand and snapped his fingers at the empty air before him.

Snap.

A bright red apple, crisp and delicious-looking, appeared out of nowhere on the snow.

The apple belonged to neither this point in time nor this space. Link had fabricated it entirely with the Reality Stone's power.

A tiny, insignificant paradox.

Doctor Strange frowned. He sensed something subtly wrong, but couldn't pinpoint its source.

His duty was to keep the Time Loop stable, so he attacked again, reducing Link to dust.

Doctor Strange saw it too. Confusion flickered in his eyes, but he gave it no further thought and killed Link again.

A thick layer of red apples covered the ground before Kamar-Taj's gates. There was hardly anywhere left to step.
