The Eternal Marketplace was an immense divine realm in the outer Astral Plane, a great port for astral commerce that handled vast quantities of interstellar trade goods every day. It was one of the multiverse's centers of trade.
After Waukeen disappeared, the Eternal Marketplace had not fallen silent. Anyone who had paid attention to the details earlier would have noticed that Waukeen called the Eternal Marketplace "our divine realm."

There was no time even to cheer Waukeen's return. The moment she loudly announced that she was back, the entire Eternal Marketplace seemed to awaken. A golden sphere of light rose in the distance, streaked across the sky above the marketplace, and swiftly descended
