The middle of Blood Moon Season

After Blood Moon Season entered its second week, the Twelve Defense Zones had weathered the initial onslaught of the beast tide. But until the Blood Moon set, the fighting could not stop.

New battle reports arrived in Tear Knight City from across the region every day. Compared with the first week, the Echoing Platform received far fewer pleas for battlefield assistance, and more and more records of supplies and losses.

The front lines constantly consumed crossbow bolts and artillery shells. The severely overdriven sacred flames also needed fresh supplies of Holy Oil.

The first wave of the beast tide tested whether the Twelve Defense Zones could hold.

But after more than ten days of fighting, each area had to contend with more than the Demon Beasts before them. They also had to ensure that, before the next beast tide arrived, the Steam Repeating Crossbows still had bolts in their magazines and the Sacred Flame Altars still had enough Holy Oil to be overdriven and remain in the fight.

The Third Outer Warehouse in Water Spirit had not stopped operating since the Blood Moon rose.

As a transport ship pulled into its berth, a warehouse clerk led a team aboard to check the cargo.

The supplies aboard had come from Tear Knight City and production nodes throughout the region. Some would continue north by water, while the rest needed to be transferred to land transport here.

"The next shipment of Holy Oil needs to go to the seventh node on the next transport run."

After checking the stock, the Recorder added the request from the front lines to the transport manifest. "Take it from the Fourth Storage Zone and send it with the next northbound—

convoy."

Just like that, a request from the front lines was handled at the transfer station
