They couldn't ask one of the three of them to sacrifice themselves, could they?
Naruto scratched his head. "How about I go to Mount Myōboku and catch a couple of toads?"
"Don't. Even if toads would work, aren't you afraid the toads of Mount Myōboku would hunt you down...?" Sakura muttered.
"Then where are we supposed to get a sacrifice...?" Naruto looked frustrated.
Just then, Sasuke looked toward the mummies hanging all around the God Tree.
His meaning was obvious. As for sacrifices, weren't there plenty hanging right there?
After Cangyue's teaching, Naruto and Sakura weren't bleeding hearts. Neither objected to Sasuke's idea.
Using the people trapped there as sacrifices was a little rotten, but it would mean sacrificing a few to save the many.
The others probably wouldn't complain. In fact, if they were conscious, most of the Ninja would likely volunteer.
That settled the question of sacrifices for now.
Next, they had to consider the jutsu.
As luck would have it,
when Sakura was training, Aogetsu Hyuga had handed her the entire Scroll of Seals to save himself some trouble.
Sakura's ability to learn was no joke. Although she hadn't mastered many of the Ninjutsu in the Scroll of Seals,
she had memorized them one by one.
Impure World Reincarnation was among them!
After all that, the problem came back to the sacrifice.
After thinking it over, the three decided to pick one unlucky Ninja from among those trapped.
They would try to find someone guilty of every crime under the sun.
That meant searching through a lot of people, though.
Buzz, buzz...
Just then, Naruto's Dragon-Patterned Griddle began to tremble slightly.
"Oh! The Dragon-Patterned Griddle's telling me there's an enemy over there!" Naruto shouted, pointing into the distance.
Normally, an enemy wouldn't have excited him this much.
