When Akainu arrived at Sengoku's office, Sengoku was about to call Garp.

Seeing Akainu return, Sengoku immediately set the Den Den Mushi back down.

"You don't look well. What happened?" Akainu noticed at once that something was wrong.

"Something happened to Kizaru," Sengoku said, with no intention of hiding it from him.

Akainu frowned slightly. "Wasn't he in charge of pursuing Lin Mo and his crew?"

"Yes. We heard a while back that they'd gone to the North Blue, so Kizaru went after them." Sengoku's head ached. "He just called. He confronted Lin Mo head-on, and Lin Mo cut off one of his arms."

Even Akainu was shocked. "Lin Mo can cut off Kizaru's arm now?"

"Yes. This is serious, and Kizaru wouldn't lie to me." Sengoku sighed. "I already have enough to worry about with him, and now Garp's making things worse..."

"Garp?" Akainu seemed to have guessed. "Did he go to the East Blue again?"

Sengoku nodded helplessly. "Aokiji is still out on assignment and hasn't returned..."

"I'll go," Akainu volunteered before Sengoku could finish. "My assignment's done. Since Kizaru's run into trouble, I'll go back him up."

That was what Sengoku had in mind too. He nodded. "All right. Be careful if you run into Lin Mo and his crew. Lin Mo may be even stronger than when you last faced him."

"I know what I'm dealing with. If there's nothing else, I'll get ready and leave for the North Blue shortly."

With that, Akainu left Sengoku's office.

Once he was gone, Sengoku picked up the Den Den Mushi again and immediately called Garp.

He called several times. The calls went through, but Garp didn't answer...

"That bastard's doing this just to make me angry!" Sengoku fumed. As he spoke, the call was answered.
