Kaku froze, then pressed him. "Where?"
Lin Mo's expression did not change. "I sent her somewhere safe. Ask me again, and I'll beat you up!"
Kaku: "!"
After a moment of silence, Kaku asked one more question. "Is it really... safe?"
"Yeah," Lin Mo said casually. "You can leave now."
"All right. I understand." Once he had calmed down, Kaku left Lin Mo's room. He lingered in the corridor for a while before walking away.
Meanwhile.
With Marco's help, Sabo reached the island where his companions had arrived earlier that day by midnight.
"Thanks for this," Sabo said to Marco with a slight smile.
Marco waved it off. "No big deal. I was headed this way anyway. If there's nothing else, I'll get going."
"Okay. See you."
"Yeah. See you."
After saying goodbye, Marco spread his blue-flame wings and took off again, flying toward the Whitebeard Pirates.
Sabo then reunited with his companions.
Everyone breathed a sigh of relief when they saw he was all right.
"We were worried sick when you didn't show up in the broadcast," Koala grumbled.
The other Revolutionary Army members chimed in.
"Yeah, we almost thought something had happened to you. Glad you're okay."
"Sabo, did you see Lin Mo?"
"That kid's something else! The dragon in the broadcast was his companion, right? So cool!"
Everyone talked over one another.
Sabo rubbed the back of his head and grinned. "I saw him, but it looks like I made the trip for nothing. There was nothing for me to do, hahaha. Anyway, how are things here?"
"Not bad. We've scouted the whole place and nearly finished the battle plan. We can make our move by the day after tomorrow at the latest."
"Your timing's perfect. With you here to fight, we can wrap up this mission
