Blueno nodded woodenly and poured him a glass of Wine without hurry.

He looked exactly as Lin Mo remembered.

This was Spandam, CP9's chief officer—on paper, at least.

Spandam had only climbed to that position on the strength of his father's reputation. In reality, he was so weak that any ordinary soldier could take him down.

So while the other CP9 members appeared to obey him, none of them respected him.

They all more or less regarded Lucci, the strongest among them, as CP9's real leader.

Spandam was also the one who had framed Tom. Tom had proposed and built the Sea Train, and he was the mentor of Franky, who would one day join Luffy's crew, and Iceburg, Water 7's current mayor and the owner of Galley-La Company.

Iceburg was Tom's second apprentice, and he held the Pluton Blueprints that CP9 wanted.

Pluton was one of the Three Ancient Weapons, weapons bearing the names of gods. It was the most fearsome warship in shipbuilding history, powerful enough to destroy an island with a single shot.

Lin Mo had no interest in the Pluton Blueprints. As long as CP9 did not interfere with his check-in progress, what they did had nothing to do with him.
