Clearly, being on the losing end had sent Broly into a rage, and his power soared again with his fury.
"That's how he felt back then!"
Vegeta's voice was grim.
"Super Saiyan 2!" Son Gohan said gravely.
Trunks stared wide-eyed at the battlefield.
Even Xia Le might not be able to beat Broly now.
Paragus could only stare. As he felt the terrifying energy pouring off Broly, fear rose in his heart.
He had never seen Broly in this state before.
"Not bad!"
"Looks like I'll have to get a little more serious too!" Xia Le said with a smile.
The next instant, his crimson hair changed color. His energy turned violent, and a red aura blazed around him.
"Xia Le's turned Super Saiyan too!" Son Gohan cried.
Vegeta kept his eyes fixed on Xia Le, desperate to know how strong he had become.
Then—
Whoosh! Whoosh!
Two streaks of light shot skyward and slammed into each other.
Boom!
The sky thundered.
They collided again, sending halos of light rippling outward.
Their movements had become completely impossible to follow with the naked eye.
After several exchanges, the two streaks tangled together and crashed into the ground.
Boom!
Light burst outward, and the earth split apart.
Before the ground had finished erupting, both figures shot back into the sky.
Everyone's eyes darted about, searching for them.
Vegeta grew agitated. His eyes could no longer keep up with either fighter.
"They're so fast!"
"What unbelievable power!"
Son Goku could only marvel.
Xia Le and Broly were fighting at a level none of the others could even see.
