Background / History

Nagato is a war orphan who survives alongside Yahiko and Konan in the Land of Rain. When Xia Le encounters them, the children are wary of his recklessness and frightened by his overwhelming strength. Xia Le protects them from Rain ninja, obtains food and clothing, and decides to take them to Konoha rather than leave them behind 567 568 569.
