Cavendish looked away and lowered his head. The more he thought about it, the angrier he got.

Why hadn't he thought to find a reporter to follow him around?

Four months.

How many headlines had he missed?

Cavendish raised his head and stared at Kuta's handsome face. Flames seemed to burn around him.

"The flames of jealousy."

He couldn't stand looking at that face any longer. His jealousy finally overwhelmed his restraint, and killing intent surged within him.

Bang!

He bent his knees and leaped into the air, flipping upside down.

Clang!

His sword rang out. A flash of steel shot toward Kuta's head.

"Beautiful Sword: Swan Lake!"

"Looking for death!"

Kuina sensed the sharp attack overhead. A red glint flashed in her eyes as her right hand closed around Wado Ichimonji's hilt.

Cold light flashed.

Her blade swept out in a pale crescent and caught Cavendish's sword with a clang.

She blocked it.

The shock wave from their clash jolted Cavendish out of his jealous rage.

He looked at Kuina, his expression turning grave.

"Blue Hair!"

He hadn't even reached Silver Hair before Blue Hair, the Silver Hair Pirates' second-in-command, stopped him.

His gaze dropped to where Durandal met Wado Ichimonji, and his face darkened completely.

"Armament Haki!"

Her Armament Haki was every bit as strong as his.

Blue Hair's bounty was only 250 million, yet her Haki matched his. What about Silver Hair, whose bounty was 1.5 billion?

I'm done for.

He knew he had picked a fight with the wrong people.

These were no ordinary pirates.

Throughout his journey, he hadn't met a single person who could use Haki. The sense of superiority that gave him had swollen until he lost all respect for the dangers of the first half of the Grand Line.
