The scene shifted to the Sabaody Archipelago.
The Slave Auction House.
Kuta pulled aside the curtain before him. A wave of heat, cheers, and greed so thick in the air that it was impossible to miss struck him head-on. He paused slightly and glanced at the distant stage, a flicker of murderous intent appearing in his Azure Eyes, too subtle for ordinary people to notice. Then he led the way inside.
As far as he knew, this Slave Auction House belonged to Doflamingo, one of the Shichibukai.
Of course, its earnings were nothing compared to what he made selling arms.
But this place allowed him to make contact with the Celestial Dragons. Even though he had once been one himself, and even though he was now a Shichibukai, he had to admit that dealing with the Celestial Dragons could sometimes make his arms business much easier.
