Both Cipher Pol Aigis Zero agents flinched, and the faces beneath their masks instantly turned pale as paper.
No wonder the building had shaken so violently earlier.
They knew they might not escape this time.
Kuta withdrew his gaze and looked again at the fat Celestial Dragon before him, who had clearly lost the arrogance he had displayed when they first met. Without wasting another word, Kuta reached straight toward him, his eyes ice-cold.
"Wait, wait! Silver Hair, do you know who I am?"
"You might not fear people from the other families."
"But I'm different! I'm a member of the Jaygarcia Family, the family of one of the Five Elders! If you kill me, you'll become an outright enemy of the World Government. You'll never be able to live in peace in this world again!"
Clearly, under the threat of death, even a Celestial Dragon of the fat man's lofty standing could show a fierce desire to survive.
Quickly gathering his thoughts, Jaygarcia Fitt put every scrap of intelligence he possessed to use in that moment.
He knew his advantage: he belonged to the family of one of the Five Elders, unlike ordinary Celestial Dragons.
And so, without the slightest—
hesitation, he revealed something Kuta had never known.
Previously, Kuta had only known that the Five Elders were Celestial Dragons, not the actual names of those five old men.
Now, from the Celestial Dragon before him, he had learned the name of one of their families.
That did interest Kuta a little.
But only a little. After all, once he went to Mary Geoise, every one of them would have to die.
He had no intention of memorizing the names of people doomed to die.
So, staring into Jaygarcia Fitt's eyes, Kuta brought his hand down without pausing
