Kushina had appeared in the Tsukuyomi space not because of a genjutsu cast by Rono.

Rono had tried once more to open the Eight Trigrams Seal, activating its second Sealing Jutsu formula.

When Minato Namikaze sealed the Nine-Tails, he had taken many precautions.
