So, the Third Round-This Is the Current Advancement Mission for the [Scholar] (Continued)
This author decided to end the main story in Sea Circle Calendar year 1507! (Otherwise, listing out the timeline like that would reveal just how many stories were left... Enough to drag things out for ages, really. Another thousand chapters and two million words wouldn't have been out of the question.)
As for what came after the main story...
There would, of course, be [Bonus Chapters].
But instead of the "bonus chapters set in other worlds" I'd originally imagined, they would be "bonus chapters continuing this story."
The little stories left unfinished in the main text, the loose ends I hadn't tied up, and the supporting characters who had yet to appear or show off their charm would all get their turn in [Bonus Chapters].
As for how long [Bonus Chapters] would be... I honestly didn't know. I'd write as much as came to mind.
After all, I still owed over a hundred updates... But if the bonus chapters didn't reach that number, I wouldn't shamelessly pad them out just to make up the difference.
Whatever I still owed, I'd make up with the next book. It wasn't as if I was going to stop writing. (Here's an early heads-up: my next book will also be Pirates fanfiction.)
So...
The [Main Story] might have seemed finished.
But there was no telling how long [Bonus Chapters] would keep coming...
And that was everything I had to say about the ending.
One last thing.
Since these were my closing remarks, even if the ending wasn't quite real yet, please let me take a day off to rest.
