"Batman!" Seeing Batman fighting Lancelot, Bane injected the Venom from his tubes into his brain and instantly lost his reason,
then lunged at Batman.
The newly summoned Gareth immediately intercepted him. Her knight's shield slammed into Bane's fist with a thunderous crash.
"I am Gareth, the Fighting Spirit Knight! Whatever you intend to do, you must get past me first!"
The sound drew Batman's attention, and he continued provoking Lancelot. "That must be Gareth of the Fair Hands. Who would have thought someone you killed would now be helping you hold off your enemies—"
"Gawain! I'll slaughter you!" Lancelot furiously raised his flail and smashed it toward Batman's head, but Batman easily dodged again, leaving him empty-handed.
Lancelot's martial skill far surpassed Batman's, yet Batman parried or evaded every attack and occasionally seized an opening to strike back. Although he inflicted little damage, it made the fight unbearably frustrating for Lancelot.
