"Is this football?" Aquaman swung his Trident, blocking the incoming missiles.
"What kind of football game is this?" Cyborg complained. "Good thing I didn't join in."
"Earth sports are pretty fun," Starfire marveled, gathering Starbolts in her hands and bombarding Green Arrow.
"What am I even here for?" Green Arrow hurriedly dodged, retreating toward Green Lantern.
"Can't help it. We needed seven people to start this match." Green Lantern created a wall to block the Starbolts, then made a bow and arrows for Green Arrow.
"So I'm just here to fill out the roster?" Green Arrow ducked an incoming missile. "I quit!"
"Could you show a little Olympic spirit?" Wonder Woman caught the airborne Donna with the Lasso of Truth and hauled her down, her momentum carving a trench through the ground.
The next moment, a mass of black tentacles emerged from underground and dragged Wonder Woman down.
