"Keep pressuring Grid, but don't actually kill him," The Batman Who Laughs told The Murder Machine. "I still have a use for him."
"Right." The Murder Machine nodded. "He's disconnected from the network now. To infect him, I'll have to make contact with his physical body."

"Yes. Of all these guys, Johnny Quick is one of the more dangerous—"
"So let's hunt down Owlman first," The Batman Who Laughs said.
"Your logic really is bizarre," Joker quipped.
"You'll get used to it," The Red Death said. "Still, it's a little strange. Why hasn't our Master given us any orders? Other than telling us not to kill Owlman and to capture him so he can do it himself, he hasn't contacted us at all."
"It's barely been any time. What would he contact us for?" The Murder Machine said emotionlessly.
