"I think your gear just isn't good enough. If he'd gotten mine—" Captain Cold said with a grin, "he could've ended the race right there."

"I think mine would work too," Weather Wizard said.

The next moment, his wand landed in The Flash's hand. A dark cloud appeared over Quicksilver's head, followed by a light drizzle.

"That's all?" the magician said with a laugh.

"This guy doesn't know how to use it," Weather Wizard said irritably. "He's been fighting me for so long, and he still can't even use that thing—being fast really is all he's got going for him."

"Is there really any suspense here?" Roland yawned as he watched the gap between The Flash and Quicksilver steadily widen. "Even if Quicksilver got Cold's gun now, it wouldn't help."

"Hold on, why are there two of those guns?" Captain Cold was utterly confused. Wasn't his signature weapon supposed to be one of a kind?
