While Bai Shi and the others joined forces to subdue J, the battle on Brandon's side took a sudden turn for the worse.

Brandon's Three Pillar Gods, the strongest Pokémon present, fell under Regigigas's control and switched sides on the spot.

Even when Brandon took out their Poké Balls, he could not recall them.

Only their advantage in numbers let them hold the four back, and barely at that.

In the Original Storyline, Brandon had thrown himself in front of Regigigas and taken a hit from J's Petrification Device for it, moving it deeply.

That had prompted Regigigas to give up on taking revenge against humanity.

But now that Bai Shi and the others had dealt with J, they needed another way to quell Regigigas's anger.

"Stantler, can you pin it down with Psychic?"

As Regigigas drew ever closer to Snowpoint City, Bai Shi put the question to Stantler tentatively.

Unlike Brandon's, his Poké Balls came from the system.

Maybe he could catch Regigigas in one.
