Nimbasa Gym

Nimbasa City lay in the central part of the Unova Region.

As a transportation hub, its famous Battle Subway connected many of Unova's towns and cities.

Nimbasa City also had the third-largest population in the Pokémon world, behind only Lumiose City in the Kalos Region and Wyndon in the Galar Region.

With so many residents, Nimbasa City had a thriving entertainment scene.

It boasted several landmarks, including the Musical Theater Hall, the Amusement Park, the Grand Arena, and the Small Stadium.

Elesa, the Leader of the Nimbasa Gym, was also a renowned model.

On his way to the Nimbasa Gym, Bai Shi had worried that Elesa might be away on modeling work, leaving him unable to challenge her.

Fortunately, Bai Shi was lucky, and nothing so unfortunate happened.

His challenge request was quickly approved, too.

Like the other Gyms in Unova, the Nimbasa Gym had its own distinctive features.

The Gym was located inside the Amusement Park, and challengers had to ride the Roller Coaster to reach Elesa.

The Nimbasa Gym's battlefield was even more interesting.

It resembled a runway, with plenty of spectators surrounding it.

"I'm Elesa, the Nimbasa Gym Leader. Welcome to my Gym challenge."

"My adorable Electric-type Pokémon will leave you dazzled!"

A young woman with headphones, a yellow-and-black outfit, and short yellow hair spoke to Bai Shi.

"Lady Elesa, you're so cute!"

"You can do it, Gym Leader Elesa!"

"..."

As Elesa spoke, the spectators erupted into thunderous cheers, a testament to her popularity.

"Gym Leader Elesa, I look forward to learning from you!"

Bai Shi bowed slightly and promptly responded, largely unaffected by the distractions outside the battlefield.

"Each side may use three Pokémon. The battle ends when all the Pokémon on either side are unable to battle."

"The Gym Leader may not switch Pokémon
