A few days later, Bai Shi returned to the Driftveil Gym and asked the staff about arranging a Gym battle.
"Sorry, Clay has gone to Mount Ros to oversee the mining operations."
"He won't be able to return to the Gym and battle challengers anytime soon."
The Driftveil Gym staff member shook his head and spoke to Bai Shi with a regretful expression.
"What a garbage Gym. What a waste of my time!"
Even though Bai Shi had prepared himself for this, he still couldn't help grumbling when he heard the news.
"As a Gym Leader, constantly sending challengers away disappointed isn't very good, if you ask me!"

A young girl wearing a long purple coat, with purple hair brushing her shoulders, suddenly appeared and addressed Bai Shi.
