After several months away, Bai Shi returned to his home on the outskirts of Twinleaf Town.
The once-quiet Manor was filled with fresh energy and bustled with life again.
Pokémon old and new gathered here, some playing and chasing one another, others training quietly, together creating lively, delightful scenes.
Aside from the Ariados roaming freely nearby, Bai Shi had now caught nearly twenty Pokémon.
Before he had embarked on his journey as a Pokémon Trainer, such a feat would have been unimaginable.
Fortunately, among the Pokémon Bai Shi had caught, only Golurk was particularly huge.
Had the other Pokémon not been relatively small, his Manor would probably have struggled to accommodate so many lively creatures long ago.
Of course, to him, this was undoubtedly a happy problem to have.
A trophy and several Gym Badges had also joined the collection in Bai Shi's custom-made display cabinet.
They stood quietly there, telling the story of his struggles and outstanding achievements in the Unova Region.
"All that hard work was worth it!"
Gazing at the gleaming trophy and Badges in the cabinet, Bai Shi felt an indescribable sense of accomplishment surge through him.
Behind every trophy and Badge lay the sweat of his Pokémon's tireless efforts.
Without their selfless dedication, Bai Shi could never have achieved what he had today.
The plans Bai Shi had drawn up were intended to transform the Manor into an ideal home better suited to his Pokémon's needs.
After returning to the Manor, Bai Shi did not immediately put his farming plans into action. Instead, he caught up with his old friends at the Orphanage.
His return also caused quite a stir at the Orphanage.
Every corner of the Orphanage echoed with heartfelt congratulations on his victory at the Vertress Conference.
