As they emerged from the Network World, Mingyou and the others were in such a rush that they lost their balance and tumbled to the ground.

The Poké Ball holding Iron Thorns burst open with a bang. The capture had failed, and amid the distinctive sparkle of a Shiny Pokémon, Iron Thorns appeared before everyone in the lab.

Everyone stared at Iron Thorns in brief silence. They had only just begun to relax, but now a deathly hush fell over the lab—then chaos erupted.

But they were safe now. Before Uva and the others could ask about him, Mingyou turned to them first. "What about the missing people? Everyone's accounted for, right? I didn't stop to count."

"Yes. The number matches Officer Jenny's list of missing Trainers exactly."
