• Sai used an ink bird to attack the Sky Ninja and destroyed the flight wings of seven or eight pursuers, sending them crashing into the water.
• Kakashi recognized the masked Anbu as his former subordinate Uchiha Itachi, and Itachi explained that the Sky Ninja depended too much on their equipment.

Shinnō revealed his Dark Chakra and Zero-Tails as he prepared to fight, while Yakushi Kabuto demanded Shinnō hand over Chakra Enhanced Regeneration.

• Uzumaki Naruto and Amal escaped the guards and ran toward the fortress’s exit, where Second Pillar incapacitated the Sky Ninja blocking their way.
• Amal reunited with her teacher, Shinnō, but Uzumaki Naruto and Second Pillar grew suspicious of him.
