Rubick's hood hid his face, but the Light Element energy surging around him grew violent. Rings of energy rippled outward, revealing just how furious he was.
"Light Element Magic: Mystic Radiance!"
Rubick pointed, and countless spears of light appeared above Sengoku's head, plunging toward him at a rate of more than twenty a second. Coated in Haki, they were not something Sengoku dared take lightly. He destroyed every spear in the sky with his signature Shockwave.
While Sengoku's hands were full, Rubick unleashed another move.
"Light Element Magic: Light Dragon Frenzy!"
Eight dragons of light rapidly took shape around Rubick: first their heads, then their bodies, and finally their Dragon Claws, scales, and other details. Before they had fully formed, Rubick unleashed yet another move.
"Light Element Magic: Arcane Falcon!"
As with Kizaru's Yasakani no Magatama, masses of golden light gathered around Rubick, took the shape of falcons, and shot toward the Marines in every direction.
The ordinary soldiers weren't the only targets. The Vice Admirals took the brunt of the attack.
Once fully formed, the golden dragons—each as large as a truck—roared and surged outward.

Smoker gritted his teeth. His lower body turned to smoke as he flew upward, pointing the Jitte in his hand straight at Rubick.
Rubick was still a Devil Fruit User, after all. If Smoker could touch him with Seastone, he could subdue him.
