It could support a population of ten million.

There were no enemies nearby, unlike the many kingdoms across the sea that shared a single large landmass, held one another in check, clashed, and broke into war from time to time.

Dragon Island was rich in resources. Despite the disasters it had endured, it still had a strong foundation.

Its terrain was easy to defend and hard to attack, too, making countless people envious.

Of course, that depended on developing the island and having a sound plan for its future.

For now, at least, Dragon Island's development was haphazard.

If the Overlord Dragon Pirates were left to unlock the island's full potential on their own, it would remain undeveloped even a hundred years from now.

Besides, Dragon Island was still closed off from the world, just as Wano Country had been.

Its only contact with the outside world came through the Overlord Dragon Pirates' ore sales.

There was very little real commerce.

The island was almost completely cut off from the wider sea.

Even the Great Xia Kingdom could do little to help the Overlord Dragon Pirates in that regard.
