On the sea not far away.
A pirate ship with a green dragon figurehead raced across the water.
A young pirate stood five meters tall.
He had short yellow-green hair, blue-green scales on parts of his body, and short horns on his head that revealed his identity as a member of the Dragon People, one of the unusual races.
His domineering, aggressive gaze brimmed with murderous intent as he stared at the imposing black dragon in the sky.
"This world doesn't need two dragons!"
"I'm going to kill him!"
The moment he said that, the other two Dragon People beside him panicked.
They rushed forward and clapped their hands over his mouth.
"Boss, you can't say things like that! We're still weak. We'd better keep a low profile."
"If he hears you, one Dragon Breath will turn us to ash."
"Let's find Amos and Jose first. They're Senior Officers in the Rocks Pirates. They can protect us."
"This battlefield is too dangerous. We shouldn't have rushed into it. Couldn't we have waited until the war was over? With your abilities, boss, you'd definitely become one of the Rocks Pirates' supernovas and dominate the Recruitment Tournament!"
As they spoke, the two sounded rather disgruntled.
Their complaints left the young Dragon Man leading them a little embarrassed.
There were only three of them aboard the entire ship. When Rocks issued his call, he had let his hot blood go to his head.
In just two months, he had led his companions all the way from the East Blue to the New World, fighting their way through.
Most of the Navy's forces were in the New World, but naval troops still struggled to maintain order in the Four Seas and the Grand Line.
As Dragon People, they stood out far too much.
