In the eastern Pluton Sea, the Tyrant Pirates had been established for a year.
Their captain, Gurado, was a user of the Paramecia-type Volcano-Volcano Fruit.
Their vice captain, Yates, was a user of the Ancient Zoan Scythe Dragon Fruit.
Their ranks also included Kromo, son of "Monster" Stumann; Mundo, son of "Wildman" Cowens; and Tryndamere, son of "Bonecrusher" Anseldo Weiss.
There was also Gragas, son of "Giant Arm" Mark.
And Lemoyne, son of "Half-Orc" Brock Lesnar.
Birds of a feather flocked together. When Gurado announced that he wanted to form a pirate crew, several friends who had known him at the Royal Military Academy decided to follow him.
Many of them were sons of officers in the Pluton Pirates. Rather than join the Pluton Pirates, whose focus was on defense and stability, they wanted something different.
A new pirate crew with a greater drive to expand was what these young monsters, who had inherited pirate blood, truly sought.
They yearned for adventure and war, to expand their territory and take part in the struggle for supremacy in this great era.
From the moment it was founded, this crew was destined to possess tremendous potential.
Time was arguably the only thing holding back their growth.
The Tyrant Pirates lay low on an island east of the Pluton Sea.
Although this was not officially Pluton Pirates territory and their flag did not fly there, the island was actually under their control.
The territory marked on the map was not entirely accurate. Pluton Pirates warships frequently patrolled the waters surrounding the Pluton Sea.
Some islands had not nominally been occupied by the Pluton Pirates, but they fell within the patrol range of their warships.
Under these circumstances, other factions did not dare occupy those islands lightly. Strictly speaking, they were unclaimed land.
