The spectators packed into the stands, along with everyone watching the World Fighting Tournament live through Visual Den Den Mushi, stared at the Colosseum in utter shock. Someone voiced that question.
Not just one person, but many.
Six people stood in the Colosseum.
After the elimination round's massive free-for-all, the teams would now face one another.
Before each battle began, they could choose the format.
A series of one-on-one bouts, or a three-on-three team battle.
The rules were simple: the battle ended when everyone on one side was knocked down, or that side surrendered.

A man clad in a black robe sat cross-legged on the ground.
That was a rare sight in a three-on-three team battle.
No one would make trouble for himself and his teammates. Even someone with absolute confidence in his strength would not do that.
If that was the case, why not choose successive one-on-one bouts?
That format was more of a test of individual strength, while team battles required a certain degree of coordination and cooperation.
