Ignis had learned the layout of Mary Geoise in advance.
Mary Geoise was unusually quiet. Armored Holy Land Guards patrolled without pause.
War had broken out practically on Mary Geoise's doorstep. How could the World Government stand idle?
But it was all for show.
As Ignis recalled what Stussy had told him before he came, a strange look crossed his face.
Because even now, many Celestial Dragons were still holding parties.
That was right. War had broken out on their doorstep, and even the Five Elders and God's Knights had personally entered the fray.
Yet they felt no sense of danger and had gathered to amuse themselves.
And that was exactly what was happening.
Ignis knew they did not represent all Celestial Dragons, though.
Most were undoubtedly ordinary Celestial Dragons who had long since sunk into decadence.
Perhaps some of the true Celestial Dragon elite had joined them too.
That made Ignis's job easier.
With so many Celestial Dragons gathered in one place, the forces under their command would be guarding the party venue.
Ignis had the power of the Void Fruit, but any extra margin of safety was welcome.
After all, his targets were the Celestial Dragons' Treasure Vaults—even the treasures accumulated by entire Families.
Every Celestial Dragon had one mansion in Mary Geoise, sometimes several.
Each was as lavish as a palace, with grounds to match.
They were Descendants of God, after all. Wealth and Treasure from across the seas flowed into their hands.
Even their guards and servants numbered in the hundreds.
There was no shortage of rooms, secret chambers, and the like.
Ignis reached the Celestial Dragons' residential district and stopped before a mansion.
He looked at the family crest above the gate.
"The Donquixote Family's?"
Ignis strolled inside, passing straight through the jewel-studded gate.
