A Navy officer looked at Sakazuki in disbelief. He had never expected Sakazuki to attack him out of nowhere.
Before he could even react, he had been gravely wounded and rendered completely unable to fight.

Sakazuki ignored him and strode away, his Justice Cape draped over his shoulders. He had nothing but contempt for officers who committed serious offenses and harmed the Navy's own interests.
Although Cyrik had also used some illegal methods in the North Blue, fundamentally, they had all served to safeguard the Navy's interests efficiently and achieve its objectives.
Even when the North Blue Navy trafficked arms, its main purpose had been to maintain order in the North Blue's underworld.
It supported underworld kingpins to keep the many other factions in check.
