Baitou Port lay in Baitou City, one of the larger cities in the region.
According to the information from the Japanese side, the mayor of Baitou City and the leader of the Red Ornament Guild were meeting aboard a cruise ship in Baitou Port tonight.
The Japanese side had obtained the information through a special channel. The joint mission to wipe out the guild was also a secret operation. Apart from the Temple of Freedom in the United States and the mentors, no one knew about it.

"I sensed a mental mark. Back at Vanilla Village, I placed one on every Red Ornament member to control them. I can feel one again now. Looks like not all of them followed Oni to deal with me," Jiang Shaoxu said.
They had encountered seventy Red Ornament members at Vanilla Village. Zhou Sining had killed more than thirty, and Jiang Shaoxu had marked all of the thirty-odd survivors.
About thirty Red Ornament Guild members, led by Oni, had come to abduct her today. Jiang Shaoxu had thought they were all dead.
