If the outskirts of Chaotic Star Sea were a wasteland, its heart was bustling beyond belief. Centered on East Sun Star and Soul-Chasing Island, the surrounding region teemed with experts of every race.
East Sun Star was the busiest planet of all. Four major factions held power there. The strongest was the Lord of East Sun's East Sun City, the only city on the planet.
East Sun City consisted of a main city and four guard cities, covering almost the entire planet.

All three factions were stationed in East Sun City.
That did not mean East Sun Star had only four factions. Many smaller factions had gathered there as well. And because Chaotic Star Sea was an outpost of the Outer Battlefield, the Soul Race, the Otherworldly Spirit Alliance, and the Otherworldly Spirit Alliance had also sent experts to establish bases there.
