Windshadow Goddess's story was a long one. It began when she went out to search for Jiang Han, only to be hunted by Half-Step Divine Lords from the Demon God Hall.
With no other choice, Windshadow Goddess inadvertently entered the Ninefold Demon Abyss. But she had not entered alone.
She had been accompanied by three other Half-Step Divine Lords from the Heavenly Palace!
All three were extremely powerful. They traveled together, making their way up from the First Layer of the Demon Abyss.
Something momentous happened along the way.
In the Third Layer of the Demon Abyss, they were besieged by vast numbers of Demonized Armored Soldiers. Back then, the Demonized Armored Soldiers in the Third Layer were nowhere near as terrifying as they were now...
The vast majority now were Middle Rank Demonized Armored Soldiers.
When Windshadow Goddess entered the Third Layer, most of the Demonized Armored Soldiers there were only early-stage, and quite a few were Half-Step Divine Lord Demonized Armored Soldiers.
That was why they had managed to reach the Third Layer without trouble.
Even so, the four Half-Step Divine Lords could scarcely withstand the onslaught of so many Demonized Armored Soldiers.
During the battle...
One of the Half-Step Divine Lords traveling with them fell into peril. Windshadow Goddess went all out and saved her companion's life.
But she herself was gravely wounded and plunged into danger. Windshadow Goddess had thought her death was certain, yet she had never expected...
At the most dangerous moment, a mysterious demonic vortex appeared. It pulled Windshadow Goddess straight from the Third Layer of the Demon Abyss into the Seventh Layer.
