Key plot points and events
- Tuoba Hong reveals that Qin Hao’s mother, Qi Yuelan, is a princess of the Northern Yan Dynasty. She was taken from Qin Hao’s father because of the gulf in their social status and is now imprisoned in the imperial capital with two other princesses.
