After the Bo City disaster, much of the city had been destroyed. For the time being, it was uninhabitable.
With that in mind, the government had designated two places for resettlement: Magic City and the Ancient Capital.
Magic City simply had money to spare and was willing to help build housing. The Ancient Capital, meanwhile, shared ancestral ties with the people of Bo City. They were a branch of the family that had left long ago, so returning home was only natural.
As for those who chose to stay in Bo City, either their homes had survived or they couldn't bear to leave. Fortunately, the city had recovered quickly and was back to how it used to be.
In the Ancient Capital, there was a street said to have been taken over by people from Bo City. The government had allocated the land to them.
