"Wh-what are you going to do? I'm telling you... the Gu Family isn't one to mess with!"
Seeing even the referee pushed aside, Gu Jian lost his last hope. His voice trembled, and with a hand around his throat, he could barely speak.
"You want to talk to me about family?"
Disdain crossed Ai Jiangtu's face. His grip tightened, and he roared.

Gu Jian's legs went weak with fear, but Ai Jiangtu clearly wasn't afraid of trouble. Silver light flashed in his eyes, and Gu Jian, still suspended in midair, was struck as if by a massive hammer. His head slammed toward the ground!
Boom!
An invisible force weighing thousands of pounds nearly flattened Gu Jian. His body left a human-shaped crater in the concrete, and blood splattered around it.
Gu Jian was an Intermediate Level Mage nearing the peak, yet he had been utterly helpless before Ai Jiangtu. If he hadn't summoned his Armor Magic Tool at the last moment, that crushing blow might have reduced him to pulp!
Concrete fragments flew and dust rose. Silence fell over the area. No one dared intervene, much less check on Gu Jian.
Gu Jian lay buried in the concrete, his fate unknown. At the very least, he had lost half his life.
What shocked everyone
