Rain fell slowly. The enormous golden barrier covering the entire Inner City did nothing to stop it, letting it patter onto the streets and wash the Ancient Capital's historic buildings.

At that moment, a monk sat cross-legged on the roof of a tall building in the Outer City. A large string of prayer beads hung around his neck, his palms were pressed together before his chest, and a blue kasaya draped his body. He continuously recited incomprehensible Buddhist chants.
Beside the monk stood a man in a long blue robe that kept the falling rain at bay. He was Mu He.
"Wu Ku, can you actually pull this off? You were outdone back in Bo City. Don't tell me you're planning to let that happen again."
Hearing Mu He's taunt, Wu Ku slowly opened his eyes and looked at the Ancient Capital beneath its shroud of dark clouds, a dangerous presence permeating the city. A deep blue gleam lingered
