With a smile, she pulled Uchiha Yin down to sit beside her.
Uchiha Yin took a quick look. It seemed to be ordinary Iwagakure home cooking, and it looked fairly appetizing.
But when he remembered that Kurotsuchi was Ōnoki's beloved granddaughter, he couldn't help feeling worried.
He didn't let any of it show on his face.
Smiling, he picked up a bite and put it in his mouth.
For an instant, Uchiha Yin had the strange impression that he was eating something Tsunade had cooked. But he didn't want to crush Kurotsuchi's confidence, so he showed no sign of dissatisfaction.

And he wasn't wrong. Compared with Tsunade's cooking, Kurotsuchi's first attempt was quite decent.
After all, it was only a little too salty and not quite cooked through...
Tsunade's dishes, on the other hand, had a very strange flavor.
Just thinking about it sent a shiver through Uchiha Yin.
But he only dared think those things to himself. If she ever found out, she would probably be hurt.
Kurotsuchi nodded
