Uchiha Yin stood where he was, waiting for Kurotsuchi to make her move. He had thought he wouldn't have to wait long.
But to his surprise, she watched him for ages without attacking.
Yin had no desire to keep standing there.
He glanced around, looking for a tree to lean against and rest.

When she saw him sit down against a tree, she was delighted.
As he slowly closed his eyes, she knew her chance had come.
She charged toward him.
Clutching a shuriken, she threw it without hesitation.
Yin knew what she intended the instant she moved.
Without opening his eyes, he sensed the shuriken cutting through the air. Just as it was about to strike his face,
he tilted his head slightly. Thunk! The shuriken buried itself in the tree beside him.
Kurotsuchi stared at him in disbelief. He still hadn't opened his eyes.
But her frustration lasted only a second before her brows drew tight.
She took a step and lunged at him.
Her hands flew through the hand seals. "Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique!"
At her command, a mass of cement sprayed from her mouth toward the trunk where Yin sat.
Kurotsuchi watched it land and quickly harden.
Yin was sealed inside, unable to move.
Delighted, she bounded onto the hardened cement.
"Master Yin, you'll pay for underestimating me!"
She grinned as she spoke.
"Will I? I don't see any price to pay."
The teasing voice rang out. Kurotsuchi was about to retort,
but she realized something was wrong. The voice had come from behind her.
Startled, she leaped away in an instant.
