Chapter 560: The Opportunity Had Come
Obito Uchiha had found one of Yahiko's weaknesses and was ready to exploit it as he pleased.
Yahiko and Nagato stayed together as they patrolled the village, but Yahiko could not shake a sudden sense of dread.
It felt as though something terrible was about to happen.

He noticed at once that something was wrong with Yahiko and asked with a serious expression,
"Yahiko, what's wrong? Are you hiding something from me?"
Nagato's face was stern as he spoke. Yahiko had never seen him look so mature or so earnest.
He seemed so dependable that Yahiko felt more at ease.
"I'm fine. Don't worry. I've probably just been a little tired these past couple of days."
Yahiko smiled, bright and cheerful as ever, with nothing about him that seemed out of place.
Nagato still had his doubts, but he said nothing more. He nodded and kept walking.
In truth, Nagato knew that even if something really was wrong, Yahiko probably would not tell him.

Together, they went up to the Clock Tower where Orochimaru was staying.
