Tazuna looked baffled. "I'm your employer. Isn't this what you're supposed to do?" He sounded as though he took it for granted, but a faint smile played on his face.
Sakura looked ready to argue, but Hinata Hyuga pulled her back. "Come on, let it go. Let's keep moving."
Sakura Haruno stuck her tongue out at Tazuna's back and trailed after him. Before she could pull it in, someone rapped her on the head. She bit her tongue and yelped, then looked miserably at Uchiha Yin, whose hand was still raised.
"Teacher, why did you hit me? That hurt!" She fanned her tongue with her hand, hoping to ease the pain. Uchiha Yin knew how hard he had hit her. She was only acting spoiled, and he had no patience for it. "Who taught you to behave like that?"
Sakura Haruno pouted and muttered, "A teacher this mean is hard to find." Uchiha Yin glanced down at her with a smile whose meaning was all too clear.
Sakura flinched, ducked her head, and hurried behind Hinata Hyuga. Hinata gave Uchiha Yin a helpless smile, and that was the end of it.
Ino Yamanaka couldn't resist teasing Sakura. "That's what you get for running your mouth!" Sakura lunged for Ino's collar, but Ino dodged.
Ino was quick enough to see it coming, and the two of them ended up roughhousing on the spot.
Uchiha Yin left them to it and walked on. "So," he asked Hinata Hyuga, "how does it feel to be out on a mission?"
Hinata lowered her head. "Teacher, I'm happy, but I'm nervous too. What happened just now scared me. I kept thinking that if I gave the wrong orders, we could fail, and those two could get hurt because of me."
She bowed her head even
