Obito Uchiha smiled. "It's been so many years. Isn't it about time you gave up on that idea?" He wandered over to the specimens in Orochimaru's laboratory as if he had no care in the world. When he spotted a large snake, his face lit up with interest.
Orochimaru casually stepped into his line of sight. "What are you really here for? Just say it. Spare me the pointless chatter."
Obito Uchiha did not mind being seen through. He only grinned. "You're as sharp as ever!"
Orochimaru gave a dry chuckle. "If you're not going to tell me, get out and let me work. Or would you like to experience one of my experiments?"
Obito Uchiha smiled. "Impatient, aren't you? I only came to tell you that the people who drove you out are still living quite comfortably!"
Orochimaru had a terrible feeling, but his expression did not change. "Are you going to tell me or not?"
