"Where are they?" Sakura's demeanor made even Rock Lee freeze for a moment. She looked as if she were about to fight someone to the death. Rock Lee hesitated before saying, "Neji said there are people—over that way!"
As he spoke, he pointed in that direction with his chin, prompting Sakura to look. At a glance, she saw veins bulging at the corners of Neji's eyes. He had clearly activated his Byakugan.
Hinata stepped forward as well and called in a low voice, "Byakugan, activate!" The instant she activated it, she spotted three people continuing to race toward them.
They showed no sign of slowing down and were clearly heading straight for the group. Hinata had spent a long time working with Sakura and Ino, and by now, the three of them were well in sync.
She quickly reported their position to Sakura and Ino. "Northeast, about three hundred meters away!" Sakura smiled at that, looking delighted. "Come on, then. I've been waiting!"
Watching from the side, Rock Lee could not help feeling that Sakura wanted to tear their opponents apart! He gave a little smile and unconsciously edged away.
