Uchiha Yin gave Uchiha Ling a half-smile. "I want you to apologize to me and Mikoto!"
Yin's words hit everyone like a bombshell.
Ling was the head of the Uchiha Clan. He had a reputation to uphold, yet Yin was demanding that he apologize.
Ling had dared to scheme against Mikoto, so Yin certainly wasn't going to let him off. Still, Ling and the others seemed to bear neither Yin nor Mikoto any ill will. They had done it for their own interests.
Yin had no intention of killing them, but a suitable punishment was still in order.
As for Uchiha Xiao and Uchiha Arashi, they were about to die. Yin saw no point in making them apologize.

"Mikoto, Yin, I sincerely apologize to you both." Ling led Uchiha Fugaku in a deep bow to Mikoto.

"Oh, I accept your apology." Mikoto helped Ling and Fugaku back up.
Mikoto was still very fond of her clan and held no grudge against Fugaku or Ling.
She's too softhearted, Yin thought, shaking his head. But that was part of what made Mikoto so endearing.
Still, Yin was surprised that Ling had apologized in front of everyone.
He had expected Ling to jump up and fight him.
