Late at night, in the First Elder's home, Uchiha Arashi lay with his eyes shut and sweat covering his brow, as though he were trapped in a nightmare.
"No!" Uchiha Arashi jolted awake and activated his Sharingan. The three Tomoe in his eyes turned slowly.
He looked around and remembered: he had used Genjutsu to put himself to sleep, hoping to awaken the Mangekyō Sharingan.
Feeling the growing power in his eyes, Uchiha Arashi felt a flash of excitement.
"Hahaha! Uchiha Yin, you really are a fool. For an apology and the position of Fifth Elder, you actually gave away something as important as the method for awakening the Mangekyō Sharingan."
A sneer curled Uchiha Arashi's lips.
"Once I awaken the Mangekyō Sharingan, you're dead," Uchiha Arashi said, as though a thought had just struck him.
"You won't get the chance." A cold voice sounded behind Uchiha Arashi. Space twisted into a spiral, and Uchiha Yin emerged from it.
Taking advantage of Uchiha Arashi's weakened state, Uchiha Yin raised a hand wreathed in lightning and drove it straight through his chest.
Uchiha Arashi collapsed to the floor. He turned his head to look behind him, eyes wide.

"Uchiha Yin, how dare you..." Disbelief filled his face as he raised a trembling right hand to point at Uchiha Yin.
