The more Utatane Koharu thought about how badly she had embarrassed herself, the angrier she became.
Even if Koharu and Mitokado Homura had held little grudge against Uchiha Yin at first, the humiliation he had just dealt them left both of them seething.
But Koharu understood their priorities. They could not afford to offend Uchiha Yin right now.
"Are we just going to let Uchiha Yin get away with this?! This is humiliating! If we don't get even, who will respect the Elder Council?" Homura said bitterly.
"We can't do anything to him now, but we can wait. As long as we remain elders of Konoha, we'll have a chance to take revenge," Koharu said darkly.
"Is that so? Too bad you won't get the chance!" Just as Koharu was about to discuss a plan, a Wood Clone appeared behind Homura.
At the same time, another Wood Clone appeared behind Koharu.
"Uchiha Yin, what are you doing? Are you trying to tear Konoha apart?" Homura shouted as dread rose in him.
Homura and Koharu had some idea of Yin's strength. Neither wanted to fight him, so they tried to sound fierce despite their fear.
"Stop shouting. No one can hear you in here. I put up a soundproof barrier around the place. Oh, and we've already taken care of the guards outside."
The Wood Clone spoke casually, a smile on his face.
Realizing his attempt to alert the people outside had failed, Homura's expression darkened.
"Uchiha Yin, what do you want?" Koharu asked his Wood Clone, forcing herself to remain calm despite her growing sense of dread.
The two Wood Clones each held one elder by the shoulder, leaving them unable to move.
Both elders were Pseudo-Kage Level fighters, yet for some reason, neither could move a muscle.
