In the emperor's eyes, he and Kaguya Otsutsuki were the two most exalted people in the world.
"Move somewhere else? There's no need. Lady Kaguya isn't feeling well today. She shouldn't be moved," Uchiha Yin said with a frown.
"But the Land of Pi could attack at any moment!" The emperor was stunned by Uchiha Yin's words, then spoke anxiously.
"If they come, I'll destroy them myself. Kaguya shouldn't be moved right now," Uchiha Yin said, refusing to budge.
Kaguya had only lost her virginity yesterday. After his vigorous efforts, she was still rather sore and in no condition to travel.
But to the guards around them, Uchiha Yin sounded willful.
With the nation in peril, the emperor had already shown him tremendous respect by coming to ask him to relocate. Yet he was refusing on a whim.
Whatever his reason, wasn't he being far too willful?

They waited for the emperor's command. At a word from him, they would act.
