Although Sara had trained for only half a year, no one in Konoha would blame her if she lost. Even so, she desperately wanted to win.
As Uchiha Yin's disciple, she would be ashamed to go out in the first round. For the sake of his reputation, Sara didn't want to lose.
And her opponent was Pakura, that vixen who had tried to seduce Uchiha Yin. For her own sake, Sara didn't want to lose.
"If you won't concede, then goodbye." A ruthless look crossed Pakura's face.
She controlled the great fireball with her right hand and hurled it straight at Sara.
It was even faster than before!
Sara barely had time to react!
Oh no!
When the crowd saw that Sara couldn't dodge, their hearts sank.
Yuhi Shinku saw it too and moved at once to shield her.
But to his surprise, an unseen force seemed to stop him from intervening.
Who was it?
Yuhi Shinku's eyes widened. All he could do was watch as Pakura's great fireball bore down on Sara.
Dust billowed from the ground. Everyone stared, waiting to see what had happened.
"The first match is over. The winner is Pakura."
As the dust cleared, Uchiha Yin stood in the center of the battlefield, supporting Sara, his expression grave.
His face was frighteningly dark.
Don't worry, nothing unpleasant will happen. It'll be resolved in the next chapter.
Chapter 281: Have You Learned Your Lesson?
Seeing Uchiha Yin's dark expression sent a stab of pain through Pakura's heart, but her face did not change.
Hadn't I already made up my mind? Hadn't I known this might happen? Then why did it still hurt so much I could barely breathe?
At the cold look in Uchiha Yin's eyes, Pakura's own filled with tears. She didn't know why.
