As the crowd grew, Karura and Pakura grew more and more nervous.
Karura even suggested going back to the inn.
"Sure, sure. Let's head back," Pakura said quickly.
"Good idea. Let's hurry back. You're both sweaty and smelly," Uchiha Yin said with a grin.
"We are not! You're awful!" Karura and Pakura both shot him indignant looks.
Their faces were flushed, making them look especially cute.
And it was clear they were both in good spirits.
But after Uchiha Yin said that, they did start to feel a little sticky, and it was unbearable.
Karura had fought only once today, but she had gone all out. She must have worked up quite a sweat.
Pakura had fought three times, so there was no question about her.
Both of them liked to keep clean, though, and had wiped the sweat away long ago.
There was no smell of sweat on either of them, only the faint, distinctive scent of their bodies.
Still, Uchiha Yin's comment made Karura and Pakura decide at once to return to the inn.

Chapter 308: There's Nothing Between Us
For girls, bathing was essential, and being shinobi made no difference.
Especially when the person they loved had said something like that to their faces.
Uchiha Yin had been joking, but Karura and Pakura now felt sweaty and sticky all over. It bothered them so much they could hardly stand it.
They wanted Uchiha Yin to see them at their best. How could they tolerate even a flaw like that?
